Seasonal, Temporary and Annual Leases

Looking for a seasonal or long term rental? Rob can find just what you are looking for. Leases can be arranged for temporary housing while you are house hunting. Rob also has a cottage in Victoria Park that he offers for lease to clients at a reduced rate.

In general terms, properties lease on an annual basis for about 1% of thier value per month. In other words, expect to pay $3500.00 per month for a $350,000.00 house. During the "season" (from Thanksgiving to Easter) expect to pay triple that amount for a two to six month lease, furnished.

Keep in mind that there is a shortage of good rental properties in this area, and good ones go fast. Rob can e mail you pictures, floor plans and descriptions so you can feel confident committing to a lease sight-unseen if need be.

If you are thinking of leasing a condo, almost all will require an application and a personal interview before you can move in. Very few allow pets.
